DBC (AL) Principal Designer & CDM Advisor Services for the Council's New Homes Programme - AWARD

Tender description

Tender to provide enhanced Principal Designer and CDM Advisor Services for a group of projects. The projects are: 1) LA1 Marchmont 2) Garage Sites, 8 locations (6 projects) 3) Randalls Ride 4) Cherry Bounce 5) Paradise Depot The services provided are to be in line with the following Forms of Appointment including additional Services which will form the agreement. 1) APS Form of Appointment as Principal Designer (FOAPD2015) All schedule of services as set out in Part 1 and 17b and 18 of Part 2 2) APS Form of Appointment as CDM Advisor to Client (FOACA2015) All schedule of services as set out in Part 1 3) Additional Services - Your proposal should include for attending all Progress Meetings and Site Monthly Progress Meetings. 4) Additional Services - Your proposal should include for undertaking monthly Site Audits of the Contractor using our checklist or similar approved for the duration the Contractor is on site. (to be carried out on a separate day to the monthly site meeting) 5) Additional Services - CDM Advisor to provide a set of written Safety Goals for the project.
