Benchmarking Activity - Surveyor

Tender description

The work required falls into two elements: 1. To conduct an initial desktop pay and reward benchmarking exercise that involves the comparison of possible future MCA surveyor roles with those available in the external market. This work will involve an analysis of the roles and research of the external market to identify remuneration offered for comparable roles out with MCA and the production of a report of the study. 2. To conduct a robust market analysis and benchmarking study of the pay, reward, working practices and terms and conditions of roles similar to possible future MCA survey roles within the external labour market and the production of comprehensive reports. This work will inform the construction of MCA surveyor reward, terms and conditions.
