Tender description

NEAS service lead Steven Pratt The number of printers on this contract may need to go up or down. The start date of the contract is being sent to you. The contract would not commence until all equipment is installed, then NEAS would make the first rental payment. The £7800 was a one off charge for consultancy The fixed cost per quarter is the equipment rental charge of £12,433.36 There are no minimum print volumes in the contract, therefore all prints are billed quarterly in arrears at £0.002 per mono print and £0.02 per colour print. The billed amount depends upon the volumes printed across the fleet of equipment. The CPC rental agreement is a minimum period rental agreement over 20 quarters, the agreement can be terminated upon 90 days notice and full payment of the remaining balance to contract end.
