Provision of Market Research Recruitment

Tender description

To procure a two year contract for a specialist supplier to recruit research participants on our behalf. This contract will provide participants for a series of focus groups, mini groups, depth interviews, usability test and other forms of qualitative research across the United Kingdom, speaking to a wide range of customer segments. Research will take place in the Agencies UX Lab, other labs, syndicate rooms, meeting rooms in hotels and in participants homes or workplaces. Our route to market was via an existing government Digital Marketplace Framework.
