Tender description

This tender is for internal audit provision (hereinafter "the service") to Thirteen Housing Group Limited a registered community and benefit society under number 7522 whose registered office is at North Shore, TS18 2NB Stockton on Tees. The purpose of this tender is to provide all interested parties with the opportunity to propose an accurately priced solution for the provision of internal audit. Internal audit provision to include: — development and delivery of an annual internal audit plan and a 3 year rolling programme in collaboration with the Leadership Team and the Audit and Risk Committee, — production of suitable internal audit reports within agreed timeframes and presentation of those reports to the Audit and Risk Committee to support and inform their deliberations and decisions as required, — provision of an annual report that supports the annual assurance report to the board. It is expected that the successful bidder will work collaboratively with THG to deliver the requirements including the Executive Director of Resources, and the Director of Governance who are responsible for the strategic arrangements in association with this contract and the Senior Assurance Manager in relation to operational matters. The successful bidder will also be expected to maintain a robust and meaningful relationship with the Chair of Audit and Risk Committee, the Committee and where required the Chair of the Board and the Chief Executive.
