Tender description
Welsh Government requires an experienced practitioner in empty property enforcement to deliver a programme of training, needs assessment and a resulting support package across all local authorities in Wales. The contract will involve extensive advice and active involvement in the delivery of enforcement practices with Welsh Government and local authorities across Wales. The required individual or company must have at least 15 years’ experience in this field and previous experience working with the public sector to deliver solutions for long term empty properties. The successful bidder must have recent and relevant experience in delivering empty property enforcement training packages and have detailed knowledge of the differences of both legislation and operation for this topic in Wales.
