Tender description

The EPA is establishing a multi-operator framework agreement for the procurement of IT service desk resources (first and second Line) to facilitate and supplement EPA ICT staff on an as need basis. The framework is being established to support current services to ensure a fully resourced service desk is available to provide outstanding service to EPA customers of ICT enabled services.
