Direct Award: General Building Maintenance Support - Covid-19

Tender description

The Agency requires Mechanical, Electrical and General Building support during the coming months due to the Covid-19 outbreak and staff shortages. Several areas of the institute have been identified as critical and need to be supported. The Contractor will provide Mechanical, Electrical & General building support services at NIBSC during this period of uncertainty. They are able to provide small works services for the continuous upkeep of our ageing buildings. The ability to call upon them in an emergency for repairs i.e roof leaks, H & S, electrical installations is imperative at this time. We also require cover for general decorating/carpentry works to ensure that the site remains safe and fit for purpose whilst the maintenance resources are overextended and there is no project work being progressed.
