The National Procurement Service (NPS), on behalf of the Welsh Public Sector, wishes to establish a collaborative framework agreement for the provision of tyres and associated products and services. Key areas but are not limited to: Lot 1: 23 Regional Zones; Lot 2: All Wales Zone.
