Το φυσικό αντικείμενο της συμφωνίας - πλαίσιο είναι η προμήθεια ελαστικών επισώτρων, προς εξασφάλιση της απρόσκοπτης λειτουργίας των οχημάτων και των λοιπών μηχανημάτων του στόλου του Δήμου Αθηναίων στη διάρκεια τριών (3) ετών, μέσω σύναψης συμφωνίας - πλαίσιο, όπως αναλύεται εκτενώς στα Παραρτήματα: Α΄ «Τεχνική έκθεση - τεχνικές προδιαγραφές» και Β΄ «Συγγραφή υποχρεώσεων» της διακήρυξης. 1η ομάδα (περιλαμβάνει 18 άρθρα ελαστικών): Απορριμματοφόρα, φορτηγά, πούλμαν. 2η ομάδα (περιλαμβάνει 22 άρθρα ελαστικών). 3η ομάδα (περιλαμβάνει 15 άρθρα ελαστικών). Προβλέπεται η δυνατότητα παράτασης της συμφωνίας - πλαίσιο, για ένα (1) επιπλέον έτος.
