Tender description

Direct award of Oracle service contract including annual technical support services — Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) and database technical support services. This will be a new 1-year contract with an option to extend for up to another 12 months. This is a joint procurement by Cheshire East Borough Council on behalf of Cheshire East Borough Council and Cheshire West and Chester Borough Council pursuant to Article 32(2)(b) of Directive 2014/24/EU) for support and maintenance of the joint Oracle E-business Suite (EBS) and database with technical support services for 12 months with an option to extend for 12 months. Period: 1 April 2020 to 31 March 2021 (expiry 31 March 2022, if the 12-month extension is taken up).
