Westminster city Council (‘the Authority’) seek expressions of interest for financial modelling and strategic advice services in support of their infrastructure projects. The services will cover: • financial modelling, • strategic financial advice. Full details of the service requirements will be published with the tender. It should be noted that the EOI is not a guarantee of further competition. The Authority reserves the right, at its own discretion, to withdraw from the process and pursue alternative routes to market for the provision of this service, should it decide to do so.
