Tender description
The Education and Training Foundation (ETF) aims to drive up standards in maths and English for all learners. An independent evaluation of our maths and English programmes found that our flexible, integrated and bespoke support has more traction if it is embedded in sustained professional development like, for example, joint practice development projects, professional networks and practitioner-led research. In order to continuously improve the standards in maths and English, this tender will build on and further develop our approach to practitioner-led action research. The aim of this project is to provide an action research approach to the changing environment of post-16 teaching, training and development. We expect the successful tenderer to work closely with the maths and English Shaping Success delivery partners, enabling ETF to provide a joined-up, multi-faceted CPD offer, supporting maths and English practitioners across all post-16 settings in challenging circumstances.
