Convert room into office to include Insulated plasterboard, flooring, painting/making good electrics and woodwork. New 2kw gas heater to new office. Floor paint to various areas. Upgrade light fittings to LED. Plastering bare faced blockwork. Replace sanitaryware to male toilets. Replace external &Internal doors where indicated. Repair/Replace fixings on metal clad roof as indicated. Site preparation works for new surface finish. Upgrade entrance sightlines/aesthetics as indicated. New footpaths as indicated. New tarmac surface finish as indicated.
