The share space — Phase 2 project is for the provision of: • an indoor sports arena (RUBB-BVL system or similar) with multi use floor (sprung floor system); • an integral two storey building to accompany the sports arena which will include: — treatment and counselling rooms, — office and conference space, — fitness suite, — strength and conditioning suite, — changing facilities, — multi-purpose rooms, — café, — shared reception space, — mechanical and electrical services, — external spaces including car and coach parking and landscaping. Whilst the project is a standalone project with clear access to the site, it will be constructed within the existing Newforge Country Club site which will remain live throughout the project duration.
