Tender description
Newark and Sherwood District Council is seeking to procure the services of a contractor to undertake the service and maintenance of air conditioning and mechanical extraction services (excluding individual flats) at Gladstone House a supported housing complex and at its Farrar Close offices in Newark-on-Trent. The contract does not guarantee the successful bidder will be appointed to undertake repairs identified during risk assessments.
