Tender description

Bursledon Surgery is a small practice in Hampshire serving the Bursledon area of Eastleigh Southern Parishes with 4 485 registered patients. West Hampshire Clinical Commissioning Group is required to secure long term provision from 1 July 2020 and has taken the decision to offer to the existing provider, Blackthorn Health Centre, the provision of general medical services to the registered patients of Bursledon Surgery from 1 July 2020 onwards. The value of the contract is c. GBP 42 227 per month. It is proposed that delivery of general medical services to the registered patients of Bursledon Surgery will be commissioned via the existing general medical services contract. The contract will be held in perpetuity unless otherwise terminated by the commissioner or provider in line with the terms and conditions of the contract.
