Scottish Natural Heritage and other collaborative partners (as named in the attached Statement of Requirements) are seeking to set up a framework agreement for the provision of helicopter + pilot services covering a maximum 48-month period commencing 1 April 2020. Full details are in the attached Statement of Requirements. Please note that the estimated value detailed in sections II.1.5) and II.2.6) of this notice is a ‘per annum’ figure and relates to the entire framework, not individual lots. Bidders may bid for one or more lots.
