Tender description

Planned maintenance works to various domestic properties and communal areas in 30 wards within Stroud District. Work-streams may include (but not be limited to) the following scope of work: bathrooms, external doors, electrical, heating, kitchens, Windows, external works, roofing, external walls, communal areas. Stroud District Council is inviting expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors in relation to entering a single works contract with some design to provide planned works to homes and communal areas as per the following scope of work (but not be limited to): bathrooms, external doors, electrical, heating, kitchens, windows, external works, roofing, external walls, communal areas. The contractor will be required to deliver all work types.
