Tender description

Following dispatch of PIN notice on 25 June 2019 OJEU TED Reference: 2019/S 123-300377 and https://www.etenders.gov.ie/ RFT 153134 and having reviewed requirements, tender applications are invited for provision of Regulatory Assistance to Commission for Communications Regulation (ComReg). Please refer to all tender documentation uploaded to RFT 160954 in order to complete tender application. As per RFT tender documentation: Any contract that may result from this competition (‘the Services Contract’) will be for a term of 2 years (‘the Term’). ComReg reserves the right to extend the term for a period or periods of up to 12 months with a maximum of two (2) such extension or extensions cumulatively on the same terms and conditions, subject to ComReg’s obligations at law.
