Tender description

This is the Supplier Selection Stage of the School Facilities Management Services tender for Marylebone Boys' School. Marylebone Boys' School is looking for a Contractor to manage the Facilities Management Service at their prestige new building in Paddington Basin, London W2. Service requires includes provision and management of a Site Manager and two Facilities Assistants. A wide range of service requirements will need to be provided including scheduling and delivery of all the Planned and Preventative Maintenance of all the site plant and equipment. Marylebone Boys' School is a secondary free school with sixth form provision for boys aged 11 to 18. The school moved into their new building in Paddington Basin in September 2018. The tender is for the provision of facilities management services on site. This includes, but is not limited to, onsite support of various facilities, Planned and Preventative Maintenance, statutory compliance, management support, helpdesk support and emergency breakdowns. In addition the provision and management (including staffing) of the Facilities Management team which currently comprises a Site Manager and two Facilities Assistants. The core facilities management contract has an annual value of GBP 200 000. The appointment of the successful tenderer will be made in order to ensure a new contract for facilities management is in place for 21.10.2019 (half term).
