Tender description

The Lee Valley Regional Park Authority intends to procure a main contractor for the demolition of the existing Lee Valley Ice arena building and phased erection of a new community twin pad ice centre, including changing rooms, gym, exercise studio, cafe and service areas. Amendments to the existing car parking area to provide integrated swales, landscape and biodiversity enhancements. The provision of some temporary structures for changing/administration accommodation will be required throughout the construction period. Any procurement will be the subject of a later OJEU Notice. Lee Valley Regional Park Authority (‘the Authority’) intends to go out to tender for a Design & Build Construction Contract to undertake the new build of a twin pad ice arena and associated facilities in the Lee Valley region.
