Tender description

The supply of revenues and benefits software, services and software maintenance. The Council uses a revenue and benefits system that requires additional modules, these modules can only be obtained by the original supplier without the council having to purchase an entire new system. The Council is seeking to award the contract using Regulation 32 (2) (b) (I) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015 as the services can be supplied only by a particular economic operator for technical reasons, where no reasonable alternative or substitute exists and the absence of competition is not the result of an artificial narrowing down of the parameters of the procurement.
