Derby Homes are looking to procure a repairs diagnostics and ordering system which can quickly and effectively be used to diagnose and manage repairs and maintenance to Derby Homes’ housing stock and public buildings (schools etc). Derby Homes are looking to procure a repairs diagnostics and ordering system. We are looking for a system which can quickly and effectively be used to diagnose and manage repairs and maintenance to Derby Homes’ housing stock, currently 13 500 properties, plus public buildings (schools etc). The system must be accessible to Derby Homes’ staff and our partners to raise repairs and it must be able to be used, via the web, by Residents who may have no technical knowledge of such systems; there must also be a facility for Residents to be able to attach photographs and videos.
