Tender description
The opportunity to develop this scheme was brought to Magenta Living by Anwyl Construction Company Ltd. The scheme will provide 53 extra care units at 52-54 Greenheys Road, Liscard, Wirral CH44 5UP. Magenta Living Ltd (‘Magenta’) intends to enter into a development agreement (‘DA’) with Anwyl Construction Company Ltd (‘Anwyl’) and associated land transfer documents. The DA concerns the development of land which will be sold by Anwyl to Magenta at 52-54 Greenheys Road, Liscard, Wirral CH44 5UP (‘Site’). The DA obliges Anwyl to develop approximately 53 extra care units on the Site, which will be transferred in stages or on completion to Magenta.
