Tender description

The contract includes all TVP automatic vehicle barriers, gates and pedestrian gates. The contract includes: (a) Automatic Vehicle Barriers including: (i) Sliding gate units; (ii) Swinging hinged gate units; (iii) Bi-fold gate units; (iv) Lifting barriers; (b) Pedestrian gates; (c) Traffic lights. The contractor will be expected to provide a cost efficient, quality driven service to undertake all periodic planned maintenance and call-outs for system failures, together with installations of new equipment related to the above elements. Call-outs will require a response for attendance on site on one of the following three basis: (d) 4-hour; (e) 24-hour; (f) 7-day.
