Magenta Living is seeking to appoint up to 4 contractors as a pool of available void property cleaning and clearance service providers to support its in-house team. The service will include the clearance of domestic properties (untenanted but some tenanted), gardens, communal areas etc and the proper disposal of waste. re-usable items are expected to be recycled.
