Tender description
The Council is seeking to establish contracts with consultants for a range of planning and building control requirements. The tender is split into 4 lots: Lot 1: Building control - Structural Engineer Lot 2: Planning - Agricultural Lot 3: Planning - Heritage Lot 4: Planning - Viability assessments Tenderers can bid for an individual or combination of lots however, each lot will be evaluated separately and success in one lot does not guarantee success in another. Full details can be found within the invitation to tender document. Deadline for return of completed tenders is 12pm on 20th January 2020.
