Tender description

Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust were seeking a supplier to maintain their grounds and gardens at both acute hospital sites and thirteen community properties in south London. This work is being split into 3 lots as outlined below, bids are invited for 1, 2 or all 3 lots. Lot 1: Guy's Hospital; Lot 2: St Thomas' Hospital; Lot 3. Community Sites. Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust were seeking a supplier to maintain their grounds and gardens at Guy's Hospital for a period of 3 years with 2 optional 1 year extension periods (5 years total). The supplier will be required to provide a comprehensive grounds and gardens maintenance service to the benefit of the Trust. This is also to include internal areas. Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust were seeking a supplier to maintain their grounds and gardens at St Thomas' Hospital for a period of 3 years with 2 optional 1 year extension periods (5 years total). The supplier will be required to provide a comprehensive grounds and gardens maintenance service to the benefit of the Trust. This is also to include internal areas. Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust were seeking a supplier to maintain their grounds and gardens at 15 community properties in south London for a period of 3 years with 2 optional 1 year extension periods (5 years total). The supplier will be required to provide a comprehensive grounds and gardens maintenance service tot he benefit of the Trust.
