This will be an award notice for the Renewal of Consultancy and Advisory 2017 Framework Agreement. Lot 1 - Business Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services to include Consultancy and Advisory services for process redesign and improvement;Organisational and Change Management; Programme and Project Management; and Management Consultancy services. Lot 2 - Resource Management Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services, to include, Total Workforce Planning/Modelling; Training and development of personnel; Executive management training; Coaching; Succession Planning; Analysis of staffing and workflow; Identification of opportunities for efficiencies; Scheduling of staff; and Staffing strategy. TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, The management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular Management information to HTE.
