This will be an award notice for the Renewal of Consultancy and Advisory 2017 Framework Agreement. Lot 4 - Financial Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services to include, Financial strategy; Accounting services; Invoice reconciliation/reclaim; Financial forecasting and planning; Drafting financial standing orders; Financial planning; and Tax and statutory requirements. Lot 7 - Estates, Construction and Building Management Consultancy Solutions and Advisory Services to include, Building efficient buildings; Backlog maintenance; Assistance with funding applications;Estate management;Architectural Design; Surveyor Services; Electrical Engineering;Mechanical Engineering; Structural Surveys; and Mechanical and Electrical Systems. TERMS AND CONDITIONS/ACTIVITY BASED INCOME (ABI) The terms and conditions of this framework agreement and any resulting call-off contract is appended to the ITT. These terms include provisions requiring the payment by the supplier of an ABI management charge in consideration of the award of this framework agreement, The management and administration by HTE of the overall contract structure and associated documentation, as well as the requirement to submit regular Management information to HTE.
