SPA LANE - PROVISION OF PLASTERBOARDING WORKS

Tender description

The Council is seeking a suitably qualified single contractor to supply and fit plasterboards, with a tape and fill finish, for a 19 Bed New Build Homeless Persons Temporary Accommodation scheme at Spa Lane Harrogate, HG2 7JF. To supply and fit plasterboards to internal and external walls. Please note: shower rooms, WC's and kitchen areas to have moisture resistant plasterboard; staircases to be fire lined. All areas to receive a tape and fill finish. The Contractor is responsible for carrying out all works relating to the suppling and fitting of resilient bars to comply with the Acoustic Design. Price to include delivery/carriage charges and any hire charges. Harrogate Borough Council will provide the welfare facilities and scaffolding. The contractor is responsible for the disposal of any waste materials caused from their works. All works to comply with Building Control, LABC Specification and Contract Works Condition 1.
