Tender description

Renewables/new technology contract for all Clarion properties nationwide. This will consist of a pre-planned programme of inspections, responsive repairs and remedial works for equipment in communal and individual dwellings. To include: • air conditioning, • solar PV (photovoltaic), • wind, • MVHR’s (mechanical ventilation with heat recovery), • domestic NIBE, • domestic ASHP (air source heat pump), • domestic GSHP (ground source heat pump), • domestic unvented cylinders — with no gas supply, • electric boilers, • thermal heat stores, • infrared heating.
