Proposed elements of the services will include but not be limited to the following: • Lot 1: Modular Building Consultancy Services • Lot 2: Bespoke Modular Building for Purchase • Lot 3: Bespoke Modular Building for Hire • Lot 4: Modular Healthcare Units for Purchase • Lot 5: Modular Healthcare Units for Hire • Lot 6: Modular Education Units for Purchase • Lot 7: Modular Education Units for Hire • Lot 8: Modular Building • Lot 9: Modular Kitchen, Catering Equipment and Permanent Catering managed Services • Lot 10: Modular Critical Infrastructure (including but not limited to clean rooms, lab space, cold sites, data centres, command control centres, infection control sites, election booths).
