Tender description
The Council is decommissioning its implementation of Contact 360 (C360) and migrating to an in-house developed platform ‘CATS’, which due to the end of life and non-compliant technologies underpinning C360 needs to be completed by the end of October 2020. The proposed contract is to engage a contractor to provide a team to lead (from a project management perspective) on this project, supplemented with the Councils own in-house resource.
