Brief Description of Requirement The NMCL is a £26m industry led programme designed to improve competitiveness, raise workforce capability, and increase the productivity of aerospace and automotive suppliers. This is done through bespoke training plans and streamlined business processes, targeting 194 strategically important suppliers in the aerospace and automotive sectors. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ / RFP document.
