Tender description

The overall project works to include construction of a new brick-built lift shaft on the outside of the building, modification of the existing roof structure and forming of the new lift lobbies (by others and therefore NOT included within the Lift Installer’s contracted duties). The Lift Installer shall then be responsible for the supply and installation of a new motor room-less passenger lift within a self-supporting lift shaft structure.
