FP&A system requirements The FP&A system must be able to provide timely and useful live information to support: — our understanding of company plans and target setting on a rolling 24 months, — to support our cost saving goals, — review the budgeted outturn, — self-service facility. In general, the data should be able to be analysed into any required level/format. The team have a desire to increase the use of dashboards to present critical information in a more graphical way.
