On behalf of University Hospitals of North Midlands NHS Trust we invite you to submit a tender for the above, which is likely to be a common procurement route for the delivery of capital programme projects over the next 3 years. There will be 2 awarded lots for each of the 4 contracts: 1) Building principle contractor; 2) Electrical contractor; 3) Mechanical contractor; and 4) Painting and decorating contractor.
