Tender description

The Council wishes to appoint a contractor to undertake the delivery of the New Horizons Programme. The aim of the programme is to create jobs by enabling local businesses to take advantage of public and private sector tendering opportunities in the UK through enhanced knowledge of tendering and through developing partnership/consortium. The programme will stimulate business growth through enhanced tendering skills. Participants will receive support to develop a tendering audit and action plan and tailored one to one mentoring support to establish and implement tendering skills. The focus of the programme is to increase business turnover in order to drive sustainable growth and create higher level jobs within the city.
