Tender description

The Contract is for the undertaking of repairs and maintenance to existing passenger lifts. The portfolio includes 96 residential passenger lifts and 39 corporate and school. Providers will be required to respond to call outs, both during and outside normal working hours that may require repairs or other urgent attention to the Lift and/or associated plant or equipment.
