Tender description

To include repair and/or replacement of body panels on a number of AccessBus vehicles. This will include preparation, repainting of the complete exterior and supply and fit of vinyls. The Combined Authority will be holding an open day to allow interested suppliers the opportunity to view and ask any questions relating to the Accessbus vehicles procurement. If you are interested in attending the open day, please email procurement@westyorks-ca.gov.uk with the title “AccessBus Exterior Refurbishment Expression” by 13.3.2019 expressing your interest and the contact details of maximum 2 attendees. The Combined Authority will confirm receipt of your expression and attendance booking by 15.3.2019. The response will contain all relative details for the open day such as location, times, etc. The ITT for this procurement will be issued approx. 2.4.2019, although the Combined Authority reserve the right to amend this date where appropriate.
