Tender description

The City of York Council are planning some major refurbishments to approximately 60 houses in the first year and over years 2, 3 and 4 this will rise to 100. Because of the scale of work tenants will have to be decanted to other furnished properties in the City of York. Tenants will need to take with them anything they require for the duration of the works. This will include clothing, bedding, food, television and other electronics, paperwork and medication. Aside from these items, other items will then be put into storage. Initially City of York estimate 4 house moves every 6 weeks.
