Tender description

North Hertfordshire District Council (the Council) is seeking tenders for its electoral print requirements. The successful contractor will be required to deliver a managed election and registration print, adhering to strict statutory timetables. The contract duration will be either a 3, 5 or 7 year term, which will be decided following the evaluation of tenders and identification of the most favorable contract term. Where a 3 year contract term is selected, then the contract shall be extendable by a further 1+1+1+1 (4) years. Should a 5 year contract term be selected, then the contract shall be extendable for a further 1+1 (2) years. Should a 7 year contract term be selected than there will be no extension option.
