SS/CON/4448 Internal post and courier framework. Provision collection and delivery of mail from and to ESB locations in the general Dublin area on a daily basis. Scheduled collection and next day delivery of mail from and to specified locations in Ireland (Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland). Some variation in scheduled frequency and locations will be required from time to time based on ESB’ s operational needs. — provision of cycle/motorcycle/van for courier service to cover the general Dublin Region, — provision of international document courier service.
