Tender description

London and Quadrant Housing Trust are seeking a suitably experienced service provider to deliver it's Pound Advice Service. Pound Advice is a successful financial inclusion project assisting L and Q residents with money guidance, help with financial capability, and regulated debt advice. The project sits within the L and Q Foundation under the Independent Lives pillar. The service provider will be responsible for providing, either directly or by subcontracting with delivery partners, advice services to it's resident across the whole of London and the South East. The Contract is for a possible 3 years (1 + 2) at an estimated value of 2 300 000 GBP for the full contract term. The service provider will be responsible for providing, either directly or by subcontracting with delivery partners, debt and financial capability advice services to it's resident across the whole of London, the South East and East of England.
