Radius Homes Ltd wishes to inform the market of its intention to procure a framework panel of NEC ECC Project Managers. This is not a call for competition and no tender documentation is available at this point. Radius Homes Ltd wishes to inform the market of its intention to procure a framework panel of NEC ECC Project Managers for the provision of services in Northern Ireland. The framework will cover NEC3 ECC and NEC4 ECC Project Management services required for the construction of all types of social, affordable and private housing. It is intended that the framework will operate for a period of three years with the option to extend for a further period of one year. Radius Homes Ltd will be procuring the framework on its own behalf and on the behalf of Radius Housing Association. It is estimated that a contract notice will be placed in April 2019.
