Please note: This is not a public tender competition — market sounding exercise only. The Police Service of Northern Ireland (PSNI) is preparing to initiate a procurement process to award a contract for the supply and delivery of tactical clothing. To assist with any future procurement the PSNI wishes to establish the level of interest in participation from the market. The purpose of this document, which is a Pre-Engagement Information Memorandum and Questionnaire, is to seek advice/information from organisations who may wish to tender via the procurement process. If you wish to participate in the exercise, please do so by completing and submitting the questionnaire. Guidelines to complete this market engagement questionnaire have been included in the document. Only PSNI and Central Procurement Directorate (CPD) are conducting pre-market engagement with a view to preparing the procurement and to inform economic operators/warm the market to the opportunity of the future procurement requirements.
