This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to the provision of web as a managed service. The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) intends to appoint single provider for these services. The estimated contract value is up to 1 600 000 EUR excl. VAT. The contract term will be for a maximum of 4 years. SEAI would like to invite all interested parties to an information session at its offices in Wilton Park House, Wilton Place, Dublin 2 on Wednesday 20th March at 02:00 pm, where SEAI will present the type of service it plans to tender for and answer any questions. The required services will include, among others: — full on-boarding of existing website design and all content to bidder’s recommended content management system and hosting infrastructure. Maintain, develop and build new sections, components and tools as required by SEAI, — implement a secure Content Management System (CMS) to include user training, technical and user documentation, — hosting, maintenance and support of the website with appropriate provisions for backup, disaster recovery and business continuity, — support robust web governance best practice achieving excellent user experience by quality assurance, content consistency, accessibility, SEO and more, — full integration of SEAI website with all other digital channels, in the context of SEAI’s digital marketing strategy.
