Interim award of contracts from 1.10.2018 to 31.5.2021 in the interests of providing effective, efficient and safe primary medical care to its registered population. By working at scale and sharing learning and expertise held within individual practices the CCG will improve patient safety, and create greater efficiencies whilst reducing access inequalities and improving quality of care through investment in general practice. The requirements for transformational change are not possible within the existing timeframes to undertake a fair and fully transparent competitive procurement process.
