Tender description

London Luton Airport require a 24/7 Absence Management system which can log Employee absence and produce reports which provide details of these absences, identify trigger points and patterns in absence and have the ability to promptly notify the Employee's Line Manager. This service is to be used to respond to, log and report on employee absence across the business 24/7, in line with airport operations. The contract will be let for a period of 3 years with the option to extend the service for a further 2 years on a 1+1 basis.
